This project involved the execution of civil works for a major mixed-use condo and commercial development at 4474 Wellington Road in Nanaimo, completed in May 2023. The work included the installation of essential underground infrastructure, such as hydro and telecommunications services, watermain, and storm drains. The project’s scope also encompassed the preparation of the underground parking structure and the groundwork for curbs, gutters, and sidewalks, establishing the foundation for a modern residential and business space.
